Refund Policy

1. Digital products

Our products are digital services delivered quickly (instantly for Spotify keys, within 24 hours maximum for YouTube/Crunchyroll activations). By purchasing, you agree that delivery starts immediately, which is why refunds follow the rules below rather than an unconditional withdrawal right.

2. You are entitled to a full refund if

— Your order was not delivered within the announced timeframe and our team cannot complete it within 48 hours after you contact us; or
— Activation is impossible on your account despite our retries (e.g. platform restriction we cannot work around) and no equivalent replacement can be offered; or
— You were charged twice for the same order.

3. No refund once delivered

Once a key has been redeemed or your account has been successfully activated, the service is considered consumed and is no longer refundable. Issues occurring later during your paid period are covered by the guarantee (free reactivation or replacement within 24h max) — that is the remedy, not a refund.

4. Cases not eligible

— Wrong email or credentials provided by you;
— Account password changed during an ongoing activation;
— Account banned or restricted by the platform for reasons unrelated to our service;
— Simple change of mind after delivery.

5. How to claim

Contact us within 14 days of purchase via Telegram or support@upgrading.ac with your order reference (Sell.app order number or activation key). Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute — almost every issue is solved within 24h. Chargebacks opened without prior contact may result in the suspension of associated orders and future purchases.
